What shall I do after no deal Brexit about my residency?

The Spanish government has established a period of 21 months after the Brexit-date.

During this period, all the UK nationals living in Spain must exchange the Green Residency Card for the TIE (the TIE is the Residency ID card for non EU citizen members).

Can I continue living legally in Spain during the transitory period?

Do the documents required have to be originals?

The documents must be originals, and any official documents required must be translated and legalised if necessary.

Do I have to provide proof of income?

Only if you do not hold a Green Residency Card.
